To hire online for postal hire:
1. Complete the ‘hire for national delivery’ form online
2. Pay the initial payment securely through the website
3. We will phone you for secure details and to arrange delivery
4. Read and complete our email to confirm your details
5. The instrument will be posted to you
To hire for FREE local delivery, or collection from us on Saturday mornings:
1. Complete the ‘hire for collection/local delivery’ form online, or telephone us on 01727 846055
2. Pay the initial payment securely through the website, or on collection
3. We will contact you when the instrument is ready to arrange delivery or collection
(If you need an instrument urgently, please telephone us first to check stock)
4. Please provide ALL of the following even if you’ve hired from us before:
● Personal ID (driving licence or passport)
● Proof of Address (recent household bill or bank statement)
● Payment Card (credit card or debit card)
● Bank Details (cheque book or bank statement)
